 Season 1

Paranormal drama, set in an apartment block converted from a pre-Victorian psychiatric hospital. Renovations awaken the spirits of former inmates who come back to reclaim what they believe to be rightfully theirs, and seek revenge on those who have wronged them.

Ryan tries to uncover the identity of the basement ghost when Leah returns home to find tyre marks and her cat dead in the kitchen. He discovers that it was used as cells in the former asylum, but learns that his neighbour is also harbouring a dark secret.

New resident Sadie Novak finds herself the target of ghostly apparitions at Bedlam Heights, so she turns to Jed to help find out why she is being singled out. Meanwhile, Ryan encounters the spirit of an old woman who had made it her mission to discover what happened to her daughter, who went missing in the 1980s.

A woman named Ellie has been seeing visions of peoples deaths. she finds out that she is linked to the bedlam house, so she decides to stay there to find out more information. while the rest of the residents are trying to sell the mansion,Ellie goes into the attics and finds a a skeleton, and its not long before the ghost of the skeleton tries to kill her...

Max starts a blog showing the horrific pictures found in the bedlam attics. This interferes with Dan and Warren's plan to sell the house. Meanwhile, an olympic swimmer named Cass is being haunted by a ghost that (according to Ellies vision) was tortured in the pool.

A woman named Reeta is getting married, but this happy day could be her last as a ghost bride starts haunting her with music boxes and messages. Meanwhile, Ellie starts seeing visions of how the Bride came to die. Will this ghost ruin Reeta's wedding?
